Mydeposits (Tenancy Deposit Scheme)
By law any deposit taken in relation to what is called an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, the commonest form of tenancy, must be protected by a government approved deposit protection scheme. We are members of mydeposits.
To give both our Landlords and Tenants complete peace of mind we are members of all three schemes and we also subscribe to a legal helpline to assist you with all to offer both our Landlords and Tenants complete peace of mind that we are members of regulatory bodies for the renting of houses.
